If it had not done the homework in advance, it is hard to imagine that this company, which started from a small workshop, was able to cross the line from small hardware to stainless steel furniture products, and carry out business cooperation with IKEA, Home Depot and other large global enterprises. In 2019, the total output value of the enterprise exceeded 400 million yuan.

The average monthly turnover of orders has doubled

"The workshop is running at full capacity now, and orders are full for the next few months." Huang Hao said that since May this year, the average monthly transaction volume of enterprise orders has exceeded 50 million yuan, doubling year-on-year.

To do a good job, we must first use its tools. As one of the designated suppliers of IKEA stainless steel furniture products, Yongfa Electronics always adheres to innovation-driven development. Huang Hao said that the company has a professional product research and development and production management team, to develop more than 60 new products for IKEA every year.

Last year, YONGfa Electronics made a breakthrough in applying PVD technology to stainless steel furniture products, and launched the "Tuhaojin" series fruit bowl, which became a market explosion.

What is the PVD process? In simple terms, the metal is allowed to evaporate or sputter in a vacuum to solidify and deposit on the coated substrate. The familiar stainless steel bezel of the iPhone is the use of this process.

"The main color of most stainless steel fruit bowls on the market is silver, but the PVD process successfully realizes the separation of metal titanium elements under vacuum, so that the surface of the product presents different colors, breaking the metal's always cold style." It seems that the product is put into the stove for a walk, but in fact the process is extremely difficult. "It took us two years to solve the problem. At present, the annual sales of Tuhao gold fruit trays have exceeded 1 million, which is five times more than that of ordinary fruit trays."

Yongfa Electronics also try to break the convention, try to increase the pattern on the surface of stainless steel furniture. "The key to this technology is to build the model. So far, we have invested two to three million yuan in product research and development." Huang Hao shows a new dish that will be mass-produced soon.
